- Day shifts
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- 5 days a week with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to clients in a skilled nursing facility and assisted living community
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in weekend rotation schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid State License as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare or SNF setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
