Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

• Dublin, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting.
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures with appropriate patient support.
• Monitor patient condition throughout surgery, including cardiac monitoring and sedation.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures, including laser and radiation safety.
• Handle specimens and manage wound care as necessary.
• Rotate shifts and float to other ambulatory sites as needed, including some later days.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in surgical or perioperative care.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Experience with blood product administration and conscious sedation monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or float nursing experience.
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Experience in administration of blood products and conscious sedation.
