Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-ups and follow-up double-bookings.
• Assume float responsibilities to other clinics as needed.
• Ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with the healthcare team to optimize care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved in advance by the director.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including days.
• Ability to efficiently manage patient appointments and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Adaptability to float between multiple clinics.
