Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services within a hospital setting, including evaluation and treatment of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per therapist.
- Follow unit policies and procedures, including dress code and safety guidelines.
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records (Meditech).
- Fulfill weekend and holiday rotation responsibilities as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license and certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- BLS certification.
- Acute care experience.
- Inpatient Rehab or SNF experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience.
- Wound care proficiency.
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive communication style.
