- Nights, Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for high-risk obstetric patients in a busy hospital setting.
- Circulate during cesarean section procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical flow.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately using the hospital’s electronic health record system.
- Support patients and families through labor, delivery, and postpartum processes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or postpartum care preferred.
- Ability to circulate during cesarean sections.
- Willingness to work nights and flexible scheduling.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP certification beneficial.
- Experience caring for high-risk obstetric patients.
- Prior experience in a similar acute care hospital setting.
