Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis nursing care to patients at a dedicated facility.
- Float as needed to affiliated locations, including St. Albans and Berlin, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
- Work 4 shifts per week, with shifts lasting 9 hours each.
- Participate in holiday coverage, working 2 out of the 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work history details, including bed counts, EMR systems, and facility types.
Required Qualifications
- Active AHA BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or related outpatient care.
- Proven flexibility with scheduling, including working 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and variable start times.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient dialysis settings.
- Comfortable working in multiple facility environments with varying EMR systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes and float between locations as needed.
