• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech therapy services for pediatric and adult patients with neurodevelopmental and communication challenges.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans utilizing standardized evaluation tools such as CELF, PLS-4, and Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale.
• Manage cases involving autism, developmental delays, language disorders, dysphagia, and behavioral challenges.
• Document patient progress and treatment using EPIC electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support patient safety and therapy goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols including recognition of signs of abuse and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• BLS certification
• Experience with pediatric outpatient settings, including autism and developmental delays
• Proficiency with communication devices and augmentative communication tools
• Experience with dysphagia management and evaluation tools such as Modified Barium Swallow Studies
• Knowledge of patient safety protocols and ability to educate patients and families

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in children's hospitals, home health care, or pediatric rehab facilities
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation systems
• Additional certifications in working with behavioral or neurodevelopmental disorders
