Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Epic EHR certification (or experience with Epic system)
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience or similar setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with 12-hour shift schedules
- Prior experience in a hospital ICU environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
