Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Float between units as needed, adapting to different patient care requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments, adjusting care accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington or a Compact state (must be current at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend as required.
• Good standing supervisory references covering at least 6 months within the last three years.
• Must be able to complete required modules and compliance documentation prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience floating between units or working in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Experience working in a teaching hospital environment.
