- Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients in a busy hospital environment
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document care accurately within the EPIC electronic health record system
- Floats within scope to support various units as needed, maintaining flexibility to meet facility demands
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and timely documentation
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including four weekend shifts per month
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of previous medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting
- Willingness to float within scope and to different hospital units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Magnet hospital or Level I Trauma Center
- Familiarity with EPIC EHR system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
