Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room for various surgical procedures, primarily orthopedic cases such as total joints (including MAKO robotic procedures), arthroscopy, spine, foot and ankle, hand, and ORIF.
• Assist with general procedures including ENT, GYN, and plastics.
• Ensure proper setup and operation of equipment, including the MAKO robotic system.
• Adhere to facility protocols by badge in and out at the designated location.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety throughout surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Dakota or a compact state.
• 3+ years of recent circulating experience in an OR setting.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications, both must be from AHA.
• Strong orthopedic experience, including total joints and arthroscopy procedures.
• Experience with robotic procedures, specifically MAKO preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with Sanford Health (must have end date at least 6 months prior to submission if applicable).
• Experience with robotics, especially MAKO systems.
• Ability to float between units/departments as needed.
