Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Schedule / Job Type Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients with respiratory conditions • Utilize advanced equipment such as Bubble CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannulas, Neonatal ventilators, High Frequency Oscillating Ventilators, and Nitric • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications:
• NRP certification • Experience working with neonates • Ability to attend deliveries • Strong assessment skills in the adult world • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapy principles
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients • Familiarity with ventilator management and weaning techniques • Strong communication and teamwork skills
