Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Centralia, KS, United States
Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, 3 days per week, day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Utilize PointClickCare for documentation and patient management
- Deliver care aligned with facility standards and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to travel and compliance requirements for successful placement
Required Qualifications:
- Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Kansas (or compact license)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Must provide references (minimum of 1) upon submission
- Compliance with background and travel requirements, including SSN and DOB verification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with PointClickCare or similar EHR systems
- Flexible to float between units within the facility
- Local candidates preferred but not required
