Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician referrals
• Complete documentation and treatment plans adhering to facility guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in clinical setting and setting therapy plans
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
• Equipment will be provided during interview
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in contract or credentialing environments
• Familiarity with outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings
