Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location
• Viroqua, WI
Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic and functional tests related to respiratory care
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress
• Conduct phlebotomies and manage IV starts/removals as needed
• Educate patients on treatment procedures and use of medical equipment
Required Qualifications
• Valid and current Respiratory Therapist license or certification
• NICU experience is required
• Proven proficiency in respiratory diagnostics and patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in critical access or NICU units
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
