Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting.
• Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to OR protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth operative workflows.
• Document patient information and surgical details accurately in electronic health records.
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays, with guaranteed shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of OR nursing experience.
• Valid in-hand IN state license prior to start date; pending licenses not accepted.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to work day shifts and comply with travel policies.
• Must meet travel compliance requirements, including background checks and necessary documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner charting system.
• Prior perioperative or surgical services experience in acute care settings.
• Ability to float within hospital or to affiliates as needed.
