Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care • Monitor fetal heart rates, contractions, and other vital signs to ensure optimal pregnancy outcomes • Educate patients and their support persons on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois • 1+ year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and labor monitoring equipment • Certification in neonatal resuscitation or perinatal care • Bilingual or multilingual skills
