Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour nights, every other weekend required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Maintain accurate charting using Cerner system; pass EKG exam with 80% or higher on orientation day.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver timely and effective patient interventions.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, including ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EKG interpretation, including lethal rhythms.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid MO RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ER nurse.
• Experience with Cerner charting system required.
• Must pass EKG exam during orientation with 80% or higher.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC (American Heart Association).
• Pass EKG test on orientation day.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working night shifts in an emergency department.
• Ability to interpret advanced EKG rhythms and emergency protocols.
