Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients.
• Utilize electronic health record system for documentation and medication administration.
• Administer medications and manage patient equipment in a high-acuity setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive neonatal care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Indiana RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2+ years of Level 3 NICU experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting and Pyxis medication systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a 31-bed NICU setting.
• Ability to float to pediatrics or PICU as needed.
