Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
Full-time, 13-week travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for medical-surgical and step-down patients in a high-acuity unit
• Monitor patients using telemetry equipment and ensure accurate bedside monitoring
• Collaborate with team members to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in electronic medical records (Cerner)
• Respond to patient needs promptly and adapt to changing patient conditions
• Assist with patient stays involving short-term, high-turnover cases

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with telemetry and progressive care unit (PCU) settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Recent experience in a step-down or IMC setting
• Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and protocols
• Prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
