Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any emergency situations promptly.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience or certification in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in ICU or critical care units.
- Proficiency with ICU equipment and advanced patient monitoring.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
