Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency care to patients in a busy ER environment, including assessment, triage, and treatment.
• Utilize medical equipment such as monitors, pumps, EKG, US, and dynamap to monitor patient vitals and condition.
• Follow unit protocols and policies, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system (Meditech 5.6).
• Perform procedures typical to emergency settings, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid active registered nurse license.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification.
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience in a fast-paced environment.
