Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid speech-language pathology license or certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices in SNF settings.
