Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Work independently within established protocols, with prior approval required for overtime hours.
• Cover float shifts to other clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high-volume of patient visits efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week with 36 guaranteed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in general orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinic needs.
