Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing functions
- Monitor and document patient progress regularly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid certification from ASHA or equivalent credentialing body
- Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of the latest speech therapy techniques and tools
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
