Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for cancer patients using advanced radiation therapy techniques.
• Ensure precise dose calculations and configurations using specialized equipment and software.
• Perform chart checks to verify treatment accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, therapists, and other medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Operate and maintain treatment equipment such as Truebeam, Elekta Versa HD, and associated imaging devices.
• Adapt to varying case types involving adult inpatient and outpatient cancer treatments, including emergency cases.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dosimetrist.
• BLS certification; ARRT Therapeutic Radiography certification required.
• California licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with adult inpatient and outpatient treatments.
• Proficiency with treatment planning systems such as Aria, and imaging modalities including CBCT, kV, and MV imaging.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with equipment like Truebeam, Elekta Versa HD, GE Lightspeed CT scanner, Bravos HDR afterloader, and Xoft superficial treatment systems.
• Prior chart check experience preferred.
