Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in physical therapy or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Knowledge of therapy techniques and equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital, outpatient clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
