Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for diverse patient populations from birth through older adults, including orthopedic, geriatrics, and athletic clients.
• Manage a flexible caseload, treating approximately 55-63 patients per week, with scheduled treatments typically at two per hour and evaluations lasting one hour.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR system for documentation and patient management.
• Work schedules can include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 shifts, with availability for two evening shifts until 7:00 PM.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure patient care quality in accordance with clinic policies and protocols.
• Complete required pre-assignment health modules and adhere to clinic hours and policies.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
• Current state licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Ability to complete HealthStream Modules prior to assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic, geriatric, and athletic populations.
• Comfortable working with a flexible schedule, including evening shifts.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
