Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients according to physician orders.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and facility policies.
- Participate in onboarding processes, including credentialing and equipment setup during the interview.
- Adhere to dress code and parking protocols provided during onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active physical therapy license in Illinois.
- Experience in setting treatment plans and executing therapy interventions.
- Ability to complete required documentation with ATI prior to assignment.
- Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
- Must meet all credentialing requirements as specified.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and documentation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of billing and coding related to physical therapy.
