Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of the agency clearance packet before starting assignment.
• Follow facility policies related to equipment use and patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Work scheduled daytime hours in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active physical therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
• Experience in setting (e.g., outpatient, inpatient, or similar clinical settings).
• Ability to complete detailed documentation accurately.
• Equipment provided during interview.
• Credentialing requirements met per contract standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of documentation processes for ATI.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting.
