Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper care and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient sessions accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience administering therapy to diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with modern physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
