Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and stability.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital ER setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
