Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and stability.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best nursing practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital ER setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
