Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Rotating shifts / Full-time (36 hours per week, including rotational call)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to obstetrical patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs and ensure positive outcomes.
- Participate in rotational call responsibilities to support labor and delivery services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Utilize nursing process to assess patient status and adapt care plans accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Montana RN license.
- Current certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS.
- Experience or training in labor and delivery nursing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote area.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in labor and delivery units.
- Knowledge of obstetrical emergency protocols.
