Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy level 2 trauma center with high acuity.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 3:1, ensuring quality and efficient care.
- Adhere to scrub color code: royal blue.
- Follow all clinical protocols and standards for emergency care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient needs during high-volume shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency or trauma nursing.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a level 2 trauma center.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
