Schedule / Job Type
- Days shift, full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to doctors' orders.
- Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronically ill populations.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
