Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services at Mount Auburn Hospital.
• Deliver direct patient care in ICU and acute care settings.
• Work scheduled hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Maintain experienced clinical practice to minimize orientation time.
• Adhere to documentation and treatment protocols as per hospital standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license applicable in Massachusetts.
• Extensive inpatient therapy experience, including ICU and acute care.
• Proven Epic EMR experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have been separated from the employing organization for at least 6 months to qualify.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working specifically in a hospital setting with complex patient needs.
• Strong critical care skills and familiarity with ICU protocols.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments with minimal orientation.
