Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients on the medical-surgical unit.
• Manage and monitor ventilators, including GE ventilators.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist during peak times and ensure coverage during weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Proficiency with GE ventilators and Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work night shifts with full holiday availability.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-acuity patients and advanced ventilator management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
