Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Nights shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery, including monitoring fetal and maternal health.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Utilize electronic medical records to document patient care accurately using EPIC system.
- Float within scope to three local hospitals to meet facility needs.
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout labor and delivery process.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including smoking-free environment and timely completion of mandatory modules.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- BLS and ACLS certifications current at time of submission.
- Experience with fetal monitoring (EFM) preferred.
- Nursery experience and postpartum care experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights and be flexible within scope.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in obstetrics and mother-baby/postpartum care.
- Ability to float across multiple hospital locations within 20 miles.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
