Job Title

- Full-time, nights shift, 13-week travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to obstetric patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Assist with procedures such as line placement, circumcision, and intubation
- Collaborate with in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, OB hospitalists, and anesthesiologists to ensure smooth patient care
- Monitor and care for infants requiring CPAP or ventilation, manage central lines, and attend to deliveries
- Maintain documentation within Meditech and CPNS systems according to hospital policies
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols, including infection control and dress code standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (active, temporary licenses not accepted)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospital or relevant specialty experience
- Experience caring for infants requiring CPAP or ventilation, managing central lines, and attending deliveries
- Ability to assist with procedures like line placement and intubation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neonatal experience with developmental care practices
- Experience with GE bedside monitors, Giraffe and Panda warmers, Natus Neoblue phototherapy lights, and Medfusion pumps
- Knowledge of Meditech and CPNS documentation systems
