Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy care primarily in Labor & Delivery (L&D) settings, with possible assignments to NICU, PICU, and Peds units.
• Administer treatments, monitor vents, and manage patient respiratory needs using equipment such as Servo I, Servo U, and Hamilton G5.
• Float between units as needed, including NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Indiana State Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand before submission).
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (must be in hand before submission).
• Recent minimum of 18 months NICU or PICU experience, including vent management (Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5).
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NRP certification (required for those placed in L&D, can be obtained after offer).
• Accredited education by CoARC and regionally by CHEA.
• L&D experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PALS certification is a plus.
• Experience with trauma, ventilator management, and pediatric critical care.
• Comfort with floating among NICU, PICU, and pediatric units.
