Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a SNF setting
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and protocols
