- Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first assist support during surgical procedures in the OR and OB-C sections.
- Prepare operative rooms, instruments, and assist with case setup before procedures.
- Stay in PACU post-operation to support patient care after on-call cases.
- Assist with cleaning rooms, sterilizing instruments, and setting up for emergent C-sections.
- Support surgical staff in emergency and scheduled cases, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Be available for on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a requirement to be on-site within 20 minutes for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio nursing license (in hand).
- OR experience with robot-assisted orthopedic procedures preferred.
- Ability to respond promptly for emergency on-call situations.
- Flexibility to work at least four days per week and participate in holiday and weekend call.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in first assist surgical support.
- Familiarity with OB-C and emergent C-section procedures.
- Knowledge of sterilization and OR setup protocols.
