Job Title

• Tech - Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech

• Sylvania, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric sleep studies, including MWT, MSLT, and PSG scoring
• Setup and operate sleep equipment such as Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography and End-Tidal CO2 monitoring
• Titrate and optimize sleep therapy devices, including mask fitting and titration
• Document respiratory, cardiac, EEG, and other vital parameters during sleep studies
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards in a hospital or clinic setting
• Float between units and affiliate hospitals as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute experience in sleep technology or polysomnography
• Valid or pending license in state of Ohio
• Certifications: BLS, RPSGT, or RRT/SD as required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (7:15 PM - 7:15 AM)
• References from within the last 24 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with sleep equipment including Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography, TCO2, and hypoventilation monitoring
• Prior experience with sleep module billing and documentation
• Comfort working in a hospital environment and floating between units

• No local travelers within 50 miles accepted; travel and float expectations apply
• Certified copies and references required
• Fingerprinting is necessary for Ohio facilities; allow 4-6 weeks for processing before start date
