Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, full-time, days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding promptly to any abnormalities.
- Assist with procedures such as phlebotomy, wound care, tracheostomy care, and NG tube management.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain compliance with unit policies and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior experience in Med/Surg or telemetry units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Post-surgical, bariatric, or med/surg experience.
- Experience with procedures like wound care, tracheostomy care, and NG tube management.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
