- Temporary, 13-week assignment, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the telemetry unit at a busy hospital setting.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring patient safety and timely interventions.
- Collaborate with medical team to implement treatment plans.
- Float to other acute care units as needed.
- Adhere to facility protocols and documentation requirements using EPIC EMR.
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Kansas RN license or Compact RN license.
- Minimum 1 year recent telemetry experience in a hospital setting.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Experience with orthopedic and spine units preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18+ months of hospital experience, particularly in orthopedic and spine units.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system.
