Key Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care nursing services in the Medical ICU setting.
- Work 12-hour rotating days and nights shifts, including every third weekend.
- Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients.
- Follow established protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in weekly orientation sessions and meet staffing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
- CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of related ICU or trauma experience.
- Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital ICU, preferably within a trauma or emergency setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
