Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient nursing care in a Level II Trauma Center and Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Float between Medical Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Units (PCU), and Stepdown units as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington or compact state RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care settings.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Compliance with hospital travel documentation deadlines.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Past experience in a Level II Trauma or Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Experience floating between different units or departments.
- Strong charting skills in Epic or similar EHR systems.
