- Full-time, Days, 4x10-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in a busy cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory setting.
- Assist with coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, as well as structural heart procedures and TEE.
- Monitor patient status using MacLab hemodynamic monitoring and operate advanced equipment such as Acist and Synchvision systems.
- Ensure compliance withEpic documentation and maintain patient safety during procedures.
- Support patient care through circulating and conscious sedation duties, adhering to telemetry standards.
- Participate in on-call duties up to two days per week and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN license (in Missouri or a compact license recognized in Missouri) at time of submittal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a cardiac cath lab or similar acute care environment.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
- Ability to circulate, assist with conscious sedation, and work in a telemetry environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with structural heart procedures and MacLab hemodynamic systems.
- Experience with peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Familiarity with special procedures such as cardioversion and TEE.
