Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI scans using Siemens equipment, including Espree, Trio, Aera, Skyra, Sola, and Vida.
  • Ensure quality imaging for outpatient, inpatient, ER, trauma, and ICU cases.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including IV starts and patient preparation.
  • Document procedures accurately within the EPIC charting system.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to meet patient care needs.
  • Float within hospital departments and to affiliate facilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification in hand at submission.
  • Valid state license in Missouri (or compact license accepted; must be in hand at submission).
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience.
  • Siemens MRI equipment experience is required.
  • EPIC charting experience preferred.
  • Current MRI-specific skills such as IV starts, imaging techniques like diffusion, perfusion, MIP, MRP, and spectroscopy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with outpatient, inpatient, ER, Level 1 trauma, teaching hospitals, NICU, and adult ICU.
  • Proficiency in various MRI protocols including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and breast.
  • Ability to work with multiple MRI software platforms.
  • Experience with advanced imaging techniques such as CINE, gradient echo, surface coils, T-1/T-2 weighted images.

  • Shifts: Night (20:00 - 6:30).
  • No local candidates within 75 miles accepted.
  • Must have a valid SSN, DOB, and references available.
  • No RTO during the first week; maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract.
  • Candidate must complete required compliance, labs, and modules before start.
  • Parking and orientation details provided upon assignment.
