- Nights, Full-time, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients in a critical access hospital setting.
- Supervise and coordinate care delivered by LPNs, NAs, and other RNs when serving as charge nurse.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical access hospital environment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and team-oriented work environment.
